strands of glass. The winding
process is computer controlled
for accuracy, consistent thick-
ness and extraordinary strength.
Unlike hand laid-up or chopped
fiberglass, filament winding
allows us to control direction,
placement and density of the
fibers. For extra security, we
can wind-in our exclusive ant-
floatation plate to prevent
floating and dislodging during
use.

Our basins are wound with a proprietary combination or hoop and helical wraps to supply
maximum strength and rigidity in both radial and lateral directions. Because of the 65%
glass / 35% resin ratio this strength is not possible in chop spray or straight hoop wrap
basins. Therefore our basins are stronger pound for pound than any basin available in the
market place today. Our fiberglass basins are available with and without anti-flotation collars
and with a variety of standard and hatch covers in various materials.
