Select a Site For Your New Wash Rack
Any firm flat surface can handle the Hydro Wash Pad turf care equipment wash rack. All you need is
electric power and a fresh water source. Connections are simple requiring a water and power supply.
Choose a Hydro Wash Pad System to Fit
Hydro Wash Pads are modular and connected together they will create any size wash pad. Just use
the dimensions of your largest piece of equipment and allow space all around. This pad system is 24
feet long and 14’ feet wide. Hydro Wash Pads come in 8, 10, 12, 14 & 20’ wide X 8’ long. Our lightest
weight pad will hold 6,000 pounds per square foot your largest piece of turf equipment is no problem!
Select Recycling Equipment
Our Bio/Mechanical approach to filtration is the only way to go. Why? Biological microbes and enzy-
mes can break down and consume many organics but they can’t eat sand. Mechanical filtration can
remove sand, free floating and emulsified oils and heavy metals but they cannot remove pesticides
and chloroform from grass clippings. Our system does it all. Here’s how it works
1. Grass is removed by our self cleaning side gutter.
2. Solids like sand, dirt and clay are removed to 5 microns nominal by our automatic solids filter, the
CMAFU-2
3. Free floating and emulsified oils are coalesced and skimmed off in the Oil Coalescing System (OCS).
4. In stage four our Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBR) breaks down and consumes; light oils, fuels, COD,
BOD, FOG, BETX, pesticides, fertilizers and chloroform.
5. In the final polishing stage water is moved through a multi-media filter removing any residual hydro-
carbons, silt and heavy metals then back to your washing system.
Plan on Pesticides and Other Contaminants
Pesticides are meant to kill bugs; microbes can be heavily affected by pesticides, but… not ours.
Careful selection of the proper bacterial strains insures that toxic upsets from chemicals don’t kill
your Bioreaction system.
Give us Your Worst

course, even your street sweeper is no match for this system.
Need a Separate System For Golf Cars?
Washing golf cars is much different than washing turf equipment. First, the location will be close to
the Club House where space is at a premium and a large system is not required. Golf Cars don't have
heavy accumulations of grass, sod or sand like turf care equipment and therefore require much less
extensive filtration methods. In many cases a sanitary sewer connection is available at the Club House
and only pre-treatment of the wastewater is required. There are other factors to consider as well; if
the carts are electric powered then acid (low pH) may affect the waste stream and require correction
before discharge or recycling, Will washing more than one car be important? If so just use a longer
Hydro Wash Pad.
Biodigesters
This unique bacterial and enzyme product consumes the organic chemicals and pesticides found in
wash water from golf course equipment. Bioreaction takes place consuming these contaminants
naturally. Recycled water odor is eliminated and filter system maintenance is reduced.
Make sure the boss understands…the day the system arrives you will be washing and in compliance.
Be sure to explain…this is equipment, not property and therefore it can be leased just like your turf
equipment. With leasing you can get a very low payment because the life of the equipment is so long.
