The Model 300 automatic parts washers is excellent for cleaning engine parts up to a maximum bas-
ket size of 70” diameter & 60” high. This top-of-the-line front load parts washers with extra large ca-
pacity has exceptional cleaning versatility to meet your cleaning needs.
How the Model 300 works: Simply load the parts, close the door and set the timer. Parts
clean automatically while skilled employees continue to work on productive tasks. Parts are cleaned
with hot water and biodegradable chemicals. The unwanted contaminates are stripped away. Parts
quickly air dry or can be rinsed with fresh or de-ionized water and air knife or forced air dried on
Models 45 and larger.
The Unique "Nothing Down the Drain" Design Eliminates Wastewater Disposal Problems with Zero
Discharge to the Sewer. The Model 300 Parts Washer uses hot water and biodegradable deter-
gents to clean parts in minutes and evaporate the wastewater. This eliminates employee exposure
to solvents that cause sore, cracked hands from cleaning parts with solvents and solvent disposal
problems.
