The Hydro Wash Bay can be set in place and operational, anywhere within your plant.. You're
seeing a complete paint prep system that includes; A Hydro Wash Pad portable wash pad sys-
tem with side walls, a water filtration and recycling system and a pressure washer.

This is a total recycle system. The pressure washer is set to operate with a remote control on/
off station. The remote provides the operator the choice of washing with reclaim water, or rins-
ing with fresh water.

The pressure washer has been designed special for this application. Water is captured on the
Hydro Wash Pad and sent to the filtration/recycling system where it is continually cleaned and
made available for recycling. Biodigesters are automatically added to insure not only odor free
recycled water, but pathogen free and safe recycled water. The pressure is also capable of a
final parts rinse with fresh water, with the turn of a switch!

There is no drain or sewer in this operation. All excess water is stored in a tank where
